"The three monks" is the story of when I met this three Buddhist monks on a long distance train ride in Vietnam. They told me about the Buddhist teacher Thich Nhat Hanh and mindfulness, I told them about my aunty Ann-Marie. The hand sign above us is the "window of wisdom mudra", a hand sign often used by Thich Nhat Hanh. The figure representing me in the picture is almost transparent. I am a visitor in their lives, absorbing their wisdom, learning and experiencing.
